I wrote to customer service and called. Waited a few weeks with no answer. So I approached them via social media, that was the key way for the most basic response. Not impressed when they are charging top tier for a swim robe.

Despite RMA 5074and receiving back my robe, I have yet to be issued a refund for my order.
