Very good for big muscles. Awkward to hold in a way that adds enough pressure to massage without bouncing off the muscle. I kept hitting the pause button while trying to hold it tight against the muscle. Nearly impossible to hold on neck and shoulders without it bouncing off the muscles, and the power to too much for the small muscles of the neck even if you can find a way to hold it in order to make tight contact. Summary: too big and bulky to hit small muscles of neck and shoulders, great for large muscles of the legs. Needs a better shaped handle to reach tough areas, lcd start and pause buttons make it hard to hold without interfering

I contacted customer service immediately after noticing that my autoship was going to the wrong address, and basically was told "too bad". I was charged for pads that I did not and will not receive because they couldn't change the address. I feel the appropriate response would have been to ship replacement pads to my correct address, assuming the new resident at the old address will "return to sender" the pads that I already paid for, since the likelihood that they have the same device is slim. I am disappointed and now without the pads that I needed because of this poor customer service decision, and am considering disputing the charge because I was charged for a shipment I did not receive.
