Despite the long wait for the bamboo keyboard, I was super pleased with the product AND Plastic Freedom’s transparency and prompt updates. The shop kept me updated on all product updates and made sure to give new delivery projections, so I was never worried about my item because I always knew what was going on! Royal Mail was a bit of a roller coaster, but that’s just how it goes with international shipping. I will definitely order again in the future :)

my favorite site for plastic free items!

It is a nice product however, the buttons feel too mushy, the branding of plastic freedom is too large, the mouse is far too small, the mouse lacks side buttons (like for back button) and some of the symbols on the keyboard are outdated (like the windows symbol and the microsoft edge logo).
