Perfect experience, in terms of shipping, rapidity, quality of products. I just wish I could have found the items I ordered in store, the delivery fee is a bit high if you just want to order 1 lip balm, and it does not make sense from an environmental point of view when I can visit the store. Unfortunately, the items I wanted were not available in store. So my recommendation would be: try to work on your in-store stock, especially because I know you used to have the Hurraw lip balms in store.
