The delivery took longer than expected, but once it was shipped, it took only 2 days with FedEx. Well worth the wait.

Shipping felt a hair long but could be I’m used to Amazon 2day or overnight which isn’t realistic everywhere. I don’t have a need to contact customer service. But I will be investing in more of these Jane’s.
