Dint get the hoodie that was ordered instead got a sweatshirt

I received the wrong hoodie and no one is getting back with me. Very disappointed.

I ordered hoodies, but I received sweaters. No one responds regarding my exchange request email.

Nice shirt, however, received a different color than what I ordered. Company did nothing to correct this error.
