I didn't have trouble submitting a review. You didn't accept the 3 star review and have asked for another one. Why? As I said before; - I was charged for items that were not sent. I had to contact Pinc to have this fixed as the packer didn't notice? Didn't contact me? Didn't seek to rectify the order. I didn't love that. - The items were all in a box hitting each other in transit and came slightly oily as something seemed to have leaked. This isn't a surprise given the bottles had no buffer between them in the box. - Otherwise the products are good.

One product I ordered was not sent or refunded until I contacted Pinc. No update sent to me either despite this being clear at the time of packing. Items in glass bottles are not wrapped in the box so they smash against each other in transit. One product seemed to have leaked minimally. Overall not much care or attention to orders.

Will be buying more from the range!

The bottle of capsules is tiny and the oil smells like roses, not sure if that’s the scent I was after?

I was so disheartened that the boric acid capsules were being discontinued so I messaged the amazing Pinc Wellness team to find out what I could use as a substitute, I was sent the new herbal capsules to try and after using them twice I noticed the result was just as good as the boric acid capsules, I'm so grateful and appreciative of the 10/10 support and service from this beautiful team, highly recommend
