Everything came well packaged. I did have have an issue with a hammer but customer service was the best! Quick to respond and once we determined the coral wouldn’t make it they followed through on their amazing 14 day guarantee. I rarely have issues with what they ship, but corals can be finicky when they want it’s nice to have the reassurance! POTO takes pride in their corals and it shows!
