First, the process is very straightforward. I described my symptoms, got a recommendation, and the products were shipped promptly. I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment to be given the same advice I always get (try Claritin, try Zyrtec, try Flonase...). None of that stuff was working for me. It reduced symptoms maybe 20-30% to make things slightly more bearable. My most annoying symptom remained which was post nasal drip. I had a constant sore throat. It was actually driving me crazy because it often felt like I was coming down with a cold or something which during Covid was not a fun feeling to have every morning. Picnic recommended I try Azelastine and it is the first thing that has actually worked! I feel my symptoms are very manageable and the super annoying PND is gone. Thank you Picnic.

The meds have worked well for me over the past 6 months, and I don’t have to worry about remembering to order more, or go to a store to pick up more. I usually get my order when I have around 5 pills left, so I’m never going without it.

I am not entirely sure my prescription is working for me- i still have a ton of ear congestion some days. But I love this service and think it's great for people who want to personalize their allergy meds.

I don’t go through my medication very quickly and I can only push the next shipment out 6 months. It’s good medication I just have too much of it.
