I just read your return policy, and I can't believe that I can't return my shoes that were on sale! When purchased online, we can't be sure that they will fit. I like the shoes, they are just 1/2 size too small. Are you telling me that I paid $80 for a pair of shoes that I can't exchange for the same shoes in the next size?

Excellent service from PB store disappointed with UPS who rescheduled the delivery arriving 1 day later and didn’t advise me until 30 mins left of original delivery time meaning I wasted a morning staying in !!!
