Phone number isn't in service. Did get a reply via email though but then the help they mentioned never materialised. Hard to recommend when they mislead you on their website. With more honesty then could be a good service

Never heard of this site before, I decided to make purchase and I requested the UK variant of the onplus 13. The team told me for UK version I needed 3days + the standard delivery time frame. I went ahead with my purchase and I received the UK variant. Not even a single scratch and the device is absolutely flawless.

Good prices, the packaging is also secured and great, although the shipping too some time but it arrived and that's good enough.

It was quite a worrying transaction. The phone did not arrive when expected. I had begun to think it was a con. Then it arrived! Could not open it as it was locked and the battery was flat and would not charge. Had it looked at by a friend who explained that in order to travel the batteries are completely drained of power for safety reasons. After 2 days of charging there was some life in the phone. It was locked. Contacted a lovely young man in your company who talked me through unlocking the phone. It was in Chinese! The same young man sent instructions on how to go to settings and alter the language. Not very helpful. My husband has the same phone so it took us several hours to work out how to change the language. It was done. The phone works but the battery only lasts for about 6 hours. Not good really. The battery will need changing for the phone to be at its optimum output! Shame because it is a very good phone and I like it.

Ordered this phone thinking it was gonna be a global version however its just a Chinese varient with a global software installed onto it so I could never update the phones software as it would always fail and there was constant freezing issues and stuttering due to it being on the incorrect software it was made for, quality of the phone was good however the software problems due to it originally being Chinese made it horrible

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra LTE (47 mm) in the Titanium Gray version is a solid and advanced smartwatch. It looks great, and the titanium case and sapphire glass are impressive. The AMOLED screen is very clear and readable in all conditions. The watch runs smoothly, offers plenty of health features (ECG, heart rate, SpO2, pressure) and supports LTE, so you can leave your phone at home. The battery lasts 2 days, although it takes quite a long time to load. It's big and it's conspicuous - for me that's a plus. Great choice for active and demanding users. I recommend it!
