Found the responses of the email support curt. Wouldn't expect much care if I have an issue.

Got the kit for my Phone Rebel Flex for the IPhone 16 Pro Max. I really do like that the colors match and they have been durable so far. My review is so low because the screws that got sent with it are awful. They don’t fit into the camera ring, so you have to force it a bit. Doing this though will cause these screws to SNAP and break. I tried to remove the screws but they just snapped off into the camera ring. So now my camera ring is just hanging on by the top two screws. My recommendation is to use the original screws when you swap it out.
