Shopping experience was great and the product is amazing. Shipping was a bit annoying as the transfer from US to Europe was a bit confusing (customs status…), but it would be not fair to consider this in my review. @Phoenician: Maybe set up a small stock in Europe to improve delivery times and customs processes.

I purchased my Large Phoenician Grinder about 5 years ago and it was one of the best investments I’ve made!! It has worked flawlessly until I realized how “clogged” the screen was. I looked online and found the upgrade kit! I cleaned all of the years of build up between the compartment locks and teeth. A good cleaning and this upgrade kit made this grinder feel brand new again! I will continue standing by my statement that these are THE BEST GRINDERS OUT THERE! You’ll always have my business 👍

I got my grinder a week after placing the order during Easter weekend. The packaging for the grinder is sleek and easy to open. There were no defects with the grinder.
