Well to start off, I was not able to use the 10% off code. It took 2 days before my order was ready to ship. 6 days into this and my order is nowhere close to here. Its apparently been in NJ for 4 days. So not very impressed with this so far. Im in texas. So maybe this will be here within 2 weeks after I ordered at this rate.

I received a notice with order number and tracking number a couple of weeks ago. When I try to track my order I get an error message. When I use the customer care tracking method my order isn't found. Im beginning to believe I've been ripped off. I will encourage my friends and family to not order from Phlur.

I've watched this site and really wanted a perfect smell..My Merchandise came broken up in pieces after I spent what was costly to me I should be able to speak with someone instead of emailing them which I sent proof of my broken Merchandise I'm demanding for a refund or to resend my Merchandise in better conditions too much money to be wasted

I smell the clean, warm body of someone I love right after they get out of the shower. It’s like fresh air…but way better. This is absolutely my signature scent…but it’s not the first time I’ve smelled this... I worked in a shop in my mid 20’s (now I’m 47) where we created custom fragrances for people, made “copies” of well known commercial products, and added these to many products from body wash to revitalizing after sun spray. This reminds me of what we called Egyptian Musk, mostly, but there is something else lingering around in Missing Person that catapults that scent from my youth into a new realm with a more mature series of notes intermingled. And yes, I’ve seen the reviews that this is a scent your grandma would wear…and lemme just say that if your grandma wears this fragrance, she’s got to be pretty cool! I’d probably adore her!

My sister had introduced me to the “missing person” fragrance and I was instantly intrigued. Keep in mind, she had the small travel size bottle. You wouldn’t think this would make a difference, but it seems to in my situation at least. I ordered the full size bottle (for $96 mind you) and I was really disappointed to find that it smells like absolutely NOTHING. Maybe a light scent of rubbing alcohol, which isn’t ideal. I’m not sure why there is such a major difference between the full and travel size bottles? I emailed customer service and they basically told me “too bad”, we don’t refund opened products. So now I’m left with a $96 fancy looking bottle that smells like the ghost of rubbing alcohol. Save your money, this company doesn’t even stand behind their products.

Customer service, not good. Order wrong product needed to exchange, they will not exchange even though the web site says they will. Make sure you have the correct product in your cart. I love the product, but will not purchase from them again.

There is no phone number to contact customer service, this company does not answer their emails. My order has been label created for five days without being shipped.

I recently had Missing Person pop up all over all of my for you pages. After a few ads, I decided to look into the hype. At first I was a little hesitant as I am a man and thought this may be a more feminine scent, but after more research I found that all of Phlur’s scents are marketed as unisex. I ordered the body lotion to test out the waters and I must say the shipping was super quick, it came within 4 days or ordering, and the presentation in the Phlur bag was a wonderful touch. Then I opened the lotion and applied it. I literally burst out into tears. I lost my grandmother a little over a year ago and every single memory of her flooded back. Not in an old lady smell way, it was just a familiar smell. A smell of memory and love that immediately took me back to picnics and walks in the country on a dirt road with her. Wow. I will forever be a fan. Thank you to everyone at Phlur for providing such an emotion in a scent. I am a forever purchaser now. Just amazing.

I absolutely love this scent but it doesn't last. I can drench myself in it and 15 minutes later it's completely gone. I had such high hopes for this. My bottle is almost gone now but I won't be reordering because your scents don't last on my skin. I'm disappointed and cannot recommend your products. PS The website revamp is lovely. There is so much I like about your company. If only your scents would last.

NOSTALGIA! Smells just like the pink Love's Baby Soft. I purchased the full size of HANAMI, and a sample set including SIANO. Out of all the samples, SIANO is the only other one I want the full size of. Very unique fragrances. Siano is long lasting.

Smells great, love that you can sample and put cost towards a full bottle. Also, I found Phlur when I started researching clean beauty brands and it just made sense.

I've tried 2 different sample packs and I've loved every single one. Fast service and great product.

I love the Olmsted & Vaux and Hanami fragrances! Also, the Claremont (sp) candle is my all time favorite! I’m sad it’s Sold Out at the moment! I emailed customer service with an inquiry about my shipment. In less than an hour they responded and settled the issue. Thanks so much for the prompt attention.

Phlur is the ONLY line of perfumes I use now. Each and every one has its own special... I guess I’ll call it release for lack of a better word. Añoranza has this subtle earthy yet flowery sensual piece, Améline is soft and velvety but an undertone of pizzazz, Sandara - my personal favourite, is the woods I hike in daily, herbs from my garden and Tuscany - my childhood home. I’ve only quickly sampled Greylocke - and yes, since I live in New England it is all things Ivy League and horseback riding.
