It’s a very nice product and was shipped in a timely fashion

The repair to our board was great. The customer service side not so much. it was lacking the personable aspect of it. You know a customer buys 6 boards in the course of 1 year. Damages the newest board we paid 1400$ for. sends it back to the mfg for repair, and the shipping cost to Glaspro was 250$ Canadian, the shipping back was 215$ . So a total for that board pushing 2000$. And they can't even sign their emails with their name? They couldn't take the time to throw a t-shirt in, or any type of swag or even a sticker to say hey, thanks for the business.. The only thing in the box back was the receipt.. I don't know just seems lame to me. Don't get me wrong though, super happy with the repair. It was our fault 100%, but the customer experience was lacking in a big way... I mean how many people in Canada send their boards back to Florida for repair? I wouldn't think many. It was because we believe in Phase 5 boards, it's our favorite brand, we follow them on all social media platforms, and recommend them to everyone. So that's how i felt when we got the board back.

Great experience!

The family loved our new Phase Five Kahuna!

Live Phase 5!

Thank you!!

Fast shipping and customer service

Awesome Company and boards

Customer service and support is unmatched.

Thanks crew!

Great communication and fast shipping!

Love yall!

I ordered the 2025 model year because I liked the color-way. Phase Five sent me the 2026 color-way with no heads up. I can’t believe I spent $700 on a board and received something completely different than what I ordered with no discount or remedy.

My daughter absolutely loves this board! Super stable, fast, and very responsive, she is progressing daily. Graphics are also a winner, great color choices to compliment both male and female riders alike.

Surfing on the “long board” is a whole different set of fun. Every boat needs ne of these

This thing is awesome. Highly recommend.

Literally got my product in the mail and to me across Florida the very next day!!! 😍😍
