Subtle fragrance that is just enough!

I think the product is great! I have only ordered twice. The first time the top was completely unscrewed and the shampoo soaked the box. This last time the conditioner top was slightly unscrewed so it was easy to rinse off.

Our hotel in Miami had this product in the shower. We all loved it. The smell was amazing and our hair was soft and healthy feeling.

Shipping was quick product was great

Received package that was less than ideal. Product came packaged in a standard paper bubble mailer and the soap that I had ordered had powered due to the handling during the shipping across country. Not your fault I know but maybe packaging should have been better? All my products were coated in said soap powder.

We like buying from Pharmacopia, and their customer service has been on-point, but the shipping times leave much to be desired!

I have-not received my order, where is it?

I first came upon these products in a hotel stay. My hair never felt so clean and fresh. I had been purchasing high end salon products at twice the cost. On other tays at that hotel, I had the pleasure of other Pharmacopia scents and enjoyed them too. I love this brand.

Ordered Verbena. After couple weeks, said temporarily out but not that it was unavailable. Then, w/o asking me, they sent citrus. Guess I'll have to try it but this isn't the way to do business.

I stayed at the Best Western Hood River Inn, and they had your individual bar soaps. I really liked they smelled and felt smooth and soft on my skin. So I had to look you up online. Your website runs smoothly. I am currently having a website designed for my in-home business, so I know how valuable feedback can be. Is there a way to "view " the shopping cart BEFORE continuing on to confirm purchase? If so, I missed it. I was able to back arrow back to order more merchandise to ensure the free shipping. I DID appreciate the pop up box to warn that the discount might bump my order out of the free shipping. Also, for the Rewards Sign Up. . . it has "birthday" listed, but there was no where to submit my birthday. I look forward to doing more business with your company. PS. . . I couldn't find the hotel sized citrus body bar to purchase. . . for my AirBnB guests.

Great Products. It would take a lot for me to switch to any other brand. Shipping needs work in the packaging area.
