My items came quickly and in great condition. Everything was packed nice and tight and secure.

I’ve only ever tried the citrus shampoo and body lotion but will try verbena soon. It’s such a nice scent and makes my hair shiny and healthy looking. My husband also uses the body lotion on an eczema spot on his face and it’s better than the prescription cream. Thank you!

Ours came earlier than expected

I love the lotion, especially the natural citrus scent. My only issue was the time it took to ship, which was about 1 month.

I filled everything out correctly, and then the site said: start over. Stupid. Also, the three bottles were just thrown into a shipping box so that they could enjoy a zillion miles of transportation, rattling around in the box. No packing material. I was surprised the bottles weren’t cracked. Maybe they are.

Staff were helpful when it came to confirming my shipping address and the product arrived sooner than I would have anticipated. I am happy with the products, these items have provided a nice dose of aromatherapy in the depth of a long Canadian winter and the nourishing ingredients will be a welcome addition to my daily routine.

I love the products! But, the customer service really stood out. I had an issue with a bottle cap and they immediately sent me a new one and did so in time for my guests to arrive! I highly recommend them.

Both bottles I ordered were not packaged very well. One bottle the cap was loose and lotion spilled in the box. Probably lost a quarter of the lotion that was in the bottle.

Great! I love the product, but one of the bottles got a little damaged on the pump part (a little piece broke off). No big deal & it didn't affect the performance of the product.

Very expensive and shipping takes a while.
