right after going onto your site and putting in my e-mail address before placing my first order, it said I would be given a coupon for 20% off but the offer never arrived in my e-mail , not sure what happened to it. Also, I was sent a code to my e-mail to verify that it was me placing the order and when I put the code in, it would not accept it . This added confusion. I gave up on that but placed the order anyway. this was a bit frustrating.

I love your shampoo and conditioner. My hair looks so much better since I stopped using cheap products. Ordering and shopping couldn't be easier and your customer service lady is tops!

The Citrus items are wonderful. . The packing of the two containers was very poor. In previous orders the bottles were individually wrapped carefully with bubble wrap. In this order there was no packing material save for a short piece of thin green plastic that was loose in the box. . The lid of the body lotion was barely fastened to the bottle and body lotion was leaking in the box. . It was truly a disappointment.

Never have an issue love the product. It may be a bit spendy but well worth it.

I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and a body bar. When delivery came, the box was damaged and taped back together. The conditioner was missing. I contacted the shipper, who said they couldn't help and that I would need to contact the retailer. Pharmacopia customer service was quick to respond and immediately sent replacement conditioner. The response from customer service is why I gave a "great" rating.
