Initially, I had the wrong address for my orders so two boxes went to my previous address. I know the person who bought my old house so I was able to contact them. They told me that they returned the boxes to the post office and sent return to sender, which means you would have received the products back. I paid for those products and those new shipment should have been redirected to my correct address which you now have on file. I am still waiting for the first two shipments that I have paid for.

My girls love all of their supplements, they get multivitamins, prebiotic and hairball daily. . . dental treats start tomorrow. Calming treats work well when required.

I bought originally for our older dog with hip issues. It was on a recommendation and it worked so we bought the probiotic and then more for our cats. I notice when the dog doesn’t have hers.

My old 11 year old cat, Kali, used to over-groom herself. I started giving her your multi-vitamins and that behavior stopped. She also had difficulty using the stairs so I gave her the back and limb treats (orange packet). She has gotten much better and her fur is softer. Just like most everything else we have tried, it hasn't made any beneficial change in our dog skin or itching. Also there is only a 30 day return so, if you give it more that a month to see if it helps, then there is no refund. Just another product aimed at consumer sales rather than dogs health.
