Products are good quality , but too small of product for the price

I’ve been a long time customer and recently I deleted my Pete and Pedro customer account and I will no longer be ordering after 7 years of purchasing from Pete and Pedro. The reason that is, is because I saw an add on instagram that said I could get a body wash and 2 shampoos for $25. The “Machokit” to be exact. It was being advertised all over the place so I went to try using the code and it wouldn’t let me. I contacted customer service and got in touch with Mike and asked if he could help. He said that that was a Halloween special but it was being advertised on Black Friday online, so I asked him if he could make an exception and he said he couldn’t, even for a long term customer. This clearly shows me that Aaron, Mike and Pete and Pedro do not care about returning customers and they just care about money. I love Aaron’s YouTube channels as well and watch him consistently. Very disappointed at this situation as I know they can do what ever they want and they should have made a code for me or something as it’s still being advertised all over the place. Aaron, I hope you see this as I am a big fan of yours and have been watching you since u aired on shark tank.
