Only dropped a star because the colour I ordered had to be substituted- works just the same of course!

I am very pleased with the products included in the Happy Puppy Pack. The grooming products are excellent quality, easy to use, and seem very suitable for puppies. Overall, I am very happy with the products themselves. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition in which the items arrived. The outer box was undamaged and properly protected, but the bottles inside looked dirty and dusty, as if they had been sitting on a warehouse shelf for a long time without being checked before dispatch. In addition, some bottles were missing caps, and several appeared not to be completely full. Thankfully, there was no major leakage, but the amount of product in some bottles was noticeably lower than expected. For products in this price range, I would expect a much higher level of quality control and care when preparing orders. The products themselves deserve a high rating, but the presentation and condition upon arrival did not reflect the quality of the brand. They looked as though they had been taken from storage without inspection. I hope more attention will be given to checking products before shipping, as the quality of the products is far better than the first impression created by the packaging and presentation.
