Shipped on time. I ordered a few days in advance as recommended on the site and it worked out perfectly. The roses opened up within 1-2 days and were absolutely gorgeous.

Most things were very good quality and held up well. We had three boxes of eucalyptus that were sent to the wrong address and we never received although it showed delivered. I had to do most of the work to find out what happened to the product even though I notified you immediately that they were not received. I feel like it should be the shippers responsibility to track down missing boxes.

Items did not arrive in sellable condition but Petaljet refunded the affected stems and were easy to work with.

Hot pink spray stock was beautiful, long lasting and easy to use in multiple ways. Long laterals were great for filling out large vases and perfect cutting off for shorter designs. Still usable 18 days after receiving.

use this rose for weddings came in soft this time and didn't hold well will continue to buy it since it has always been a great rose in the past
