It arrived a couple of days late due to and outage with FedEx--nothing at all to do with PetalJet. Even with being late, it was in fantastic shape when it came and perfectly usable for the wedding flowers I bought it for. Customer service contacted me promptly to let me know about the delay in delivery and promptly responded to my inquiries. I'm very happy with this company!

5 stars for this babies’ breath garland! Upon receiving it just two days before the event, I unwrapped it, laid it all out in a bathtub, and made sure to use a spray bottle of water to mist it each day. It was PERFECT all throughout the day and evening of the wedding! It was a beautiful addition to the center of each harvest table. Fresh and lush… Highly recommend!

This rose is amazing. I
This rose is amazing. I did a bride bouquet, and this rose drew crowds, as no one has seen this before. My only issue was delivery. The day moving up was ok, but the fedex label said signature needed, and I spent half a day, the day before trying to change this to no avail. As i was doing a wedding, this created issue for me. In my line of work, that shipping label has a spot to say no signature needed. Otherwise, my experience was great
