Delivered quickly

so quick!

Great service as always

Had to exchange for different size. Very easy process to follow and communication was great throughout the exchange deliveries

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Not only was the quality of the product far below what I expected, but the return process is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I was given the choice of paying an additional $10 to return the product and receive my money back, or accepting a gift card for products I was already unhappy with. I chose to pay the $10 simply because I wanted my money back rather than store credit. It has now been 12 days since the company received my return, and I still have not received my refund. I was just told that it could take another 10 days before I receive my money. That is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a refund after the company has already received the returned merchandise. The entire experience has been frustrating from beginning to end. Between the poor product quality, the $10 return fee, and now an extended wait for my refund, I have absolutely no reason to order from this company again. I will never order from this company again, and I’m sharing my experience so other customers know what they may be dealing with before making a purchase.

Great experience shopping with this company! Shipping was quick, and the website was really easy to navigate, making the whole ordering process simple and hassle-free. Very happy with my experience and would definitely shop here again!

Super quick shipping to CHCH NZ but still waiting on an email response to my query.

Very fast delivery!

Absolutely love this dress! The brown colour is gorgeous, and the silk fabric feels so soft and elegant. The lace detailing adds such a pretty feminine touch, and it fits beautifully. Perfect for dressing up for a special occasion while still feeling comfortable!
