Poor customer service to response time is horrible and they don’t respond quick enough with issues regarding their merchandise. I will never shop at this site again unless we can resolve the issues. I’m having now with this.

Took awhile to get it, but I did. Just glad to find it. Could not find in any store.

Shipping was great and fast. Love this coat for our 6 lb. chihuahua. Bought size small for him and it fits perfectly! This is the 2nd coat we've purchased for him. The velcro wore out on the first one after a couple of years. With this coat, he will actually go outside in the cold and take care of business! LOL

Free shipping took 11 days. Needed to go out and buy additional food waiting for shipment. Planned on 7-10 days and took a bit longer.
