I had a very disappointing experience with Perfumes Andrea. I ordered Night de Paris Gold, but instead received the original Night de Paris, which is not what I paid for. Mistakes can happen, but what’s frustrating is the lack of resolution. I’ve already reached out to their customer service and have yet to receive a timely or helpful response. When you spend money on a specific product, you expect to actually receive it—or at the very least, have the issue handled quickly and professionally. At this point, I’m still waiting for a clear solution regarding a return or exchange. Poor fulfillment and slow customer service make this hard to recommend. Proceed with caution.

I ordered 6 perfumes and only received 3. I didn’t receive my 3 bottles of Delice Nacre perfume and i highly dislike how it was handled and how hard it was to get in contact with someone due to unanswered emails and I called the number on the site without an answer or call back I was finally able to do a hold of someone via WhatsApp and was given a response within 24 hours was a promise of a refund due to the item being damaged only after I reached out multiple times through email I say emailing and just go directly to finding what their WhatsApp is in their contact information. Otherwise I don’t know how long it would take to get a response. I contacted them about three days ago and it is currently march 11, 2026. My package also didn’t have the correct address, It was missing my apartment number even though the billing and shipping addresses was correct on the site and the receipt inside the box. So I had to rush to the postal office USPS to get my package only to discover that the box was too small and that I was missing 3 perfumes.

I ordered this perfume February 11th and 8 days later it as still not leaving the store, I text the store on the 16th no answer until I called the store on the 18th asking for my order, the 19th they answered saying that the perfume wasn’t shipped because it was the last one and it was allegedly damaged” I asked if it wasn’t sealed how did they know, and why did not informed me until I asked? Then she mumble not knowing what to say, I was like what are you going to do, and she was like I can refund you and I was like but I want my order since there was a special, and she was like “ you can pick another perfume if you want on the same price, mind you what I ordered had an special price which the one I picked it’s a cheaper perfume but more expensive because it didn’t have a special price so I had to pay 30 dollars more for a perfume and for it before yesterday, 11 days after I ordered very annoyed because I know they probably sold the perfume to a customer and lie about it being broken or just did not want to send the perfume because they probably made a mistake with the price because I know that perfume it’s more expensive! So yeah not happy with this company ! Very unprofessional!
