For years, I have fitness facilities purchase other mini-bands and not only do they not last, they loose their elasticity quickly, and they are often too large for most clients - especially when using around the ankles. I started using these bands when working in a collegiate football program. So if they are buying them, so should you. Don't waste any energy or time looking for other mini-bands.

I’ve been ordering mini bands from PB for several years with consistently good results. However, bands purchased over the past year—specifically the First Place Mini Bands—have shown unusually poor durability. Several bands have snapped within two weeks of normal use.

I have just purchased the Single-Leg Squat Stand for my gym, Kut Fitness, as I do not like the standard ones where you have to unscrew each side to lift or lower the bar. I can't speak for durability yet, but in terms of function and ease of use, it is great!! I also enjoy the thick padding as it makes it way more comfortable on the ankles. If I see that it lasts, I will be back to buy a couple more.

I have been buying various med balls since the early 2000s. It is HARD to find durable med balls but these are them! I have purchased them for both my private strength training facility and my high school. At high school, I see 200+ athletes daily and we use these med balls almost daily so I know I needed something extremely durable. These are them!

Nice quality product, arrived promptly. Should have bought a sample. The yellow light is medium or heavier compared to other “ light “ bands I use. Too heavy for the range of motion in shoulders and hips that I teach in bodyweight exercises.
