excellent service

We have ordered this product over the last few years. We have found the quality of the fabric(fibreglass fibers breaking down) and the sewing(seams across front and edges fraying and becoming undone) have become very poor. We need this size (40" wide) for a bariatric person, but would love to see this in a different flame retardant fabric that can be washed. Please hand comment along to Skil-Care.

I had such a hard time getting these. I ordered them and got an email they were shipped and three weeks later I still didn't have them. I called and was assure they would be delivered soon. I never received so called again and was told would need to be ordered again. What a mess.

Shipping nightmare. 5 stars for customer service efforts to fix the problem. Replacement product sent overnight at no charge, however, incorrect product. Almost 4 weeks later and still have not received original order.
