I love the product and customer service, just not what I received. I ordered 80 lb paper which should have been more rigid and thick, what I received was closer to 20lb thin paper. The perforations were perfect.

The shipment arrived on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the paper for the reason I bought it. The document could not be reformatted to the perforated paper. But I'm sure it will be used in the future. Would definitely recommend.
