I was really looking forward to gifting these perfumes, however, upon receiving the package, it was covered in liquids that had leaked, ruined the boxes, and hands were covered in oil from the bottles. Delayed customer service responses. Given this downfall, the smells are spectacular.

So I ordered perfume dupes from 2 different “dupe houses” and realized I had picked up some of the same scents. I was going to return theirs from Perfame because they weren’t open but I decided to gift them instead. Boy do I regret it because these OUTPERFORM the other fragrance clones. I know this because I gifted them to people close to me. The only downside is they needed to mature a bit in the bottle to be extremely accurate to the fragrances they’re inspired by. I kept 1 and gifted 3. The initial spray from all of them was about 75-80% close… But after they sat a few months and macerated they were SUPER CLOSE to the original scents. I mean 95% close! I’ll buy more with that in mind. They do need time to mature to become smoother, sweeter, deeper because the bright & spicy notes overpowered these fragrances in the beginning. It’s still worth it if you ask me. You have a repeat customer.

Well boxed/protected product, but no labels on some of the bottles indicating which scent is which. Since the bottles are otherwise identical, this means going back to your order, sussing out which scent is which, making your own sticky labels and defacing an otherwise attractive bottle with a white paper label. Not a problem with the first order, but happened with the second. Growing pains, perhaps? The dupes themselves were OK, but varied. I didn't find the Green Irish Tweed clone all that close, but the Santal 33 and BR 540 were spot on. So: a bit of a mixed bag. I have applied to return two of the six bottles I have ordered and we will see how the return/customer service process works. I have high hopes.

Turn around is quick, but I do live in LA so that might have some contribution. Product is always quality though and packaging is far better than a lot of Perfames competitors.

Definitely not enough to say about this company. Slight drawback with some labeling not staying put, but I am but here for the labels I am here for the juice and that is incredible. Great work here!

Did not like the less than no staying power of any of fragrances! Very disappointed. Not worth the $$ .good scent to wear to walk around house for about 10 minutes.
