I have been on this suppliment for two months now. I can't thank enough the team who created this product. Pendulum has done a miracle in controling my A1C. I went from 5.9 to 5.3 in a month which is a NORMAL range. I've never done reviews for products because I am not sure if people are doing it for payment or are being honest with potential customers for what ever that product is. I was aware in the first few days that Pendulum was going to be a good tool for me, but over time I’ve realized it’s essential. It’s helped my digestion, my blood sugar, my appetite control. I take an anti-depressant for anxiety and after being on it for 6 months or so my appetite sky rockets and my blood sugar steady climbs. If I go off the anti-depressant, my systems correct—but my anxiety is unmanageable. Pendulum allows me to take the medicine I need and offset the side effects. I wouldn’t be without it. I’m deeply grateful for Pendulum. My A1C, glucose, and satiety have all improved significantly. My cravings are controlled. My digestion is much improved. 10 out of 5 stars. Also, terrific customer service.

I like the product. I also like that they allow and pay for a A1c test every 90 days. I have taken the test twice and I went from 5.6 to 5.4. My doctor said that this .2 difference was significant for my health, so I am continuing to take my pills. Thank you!

Unfortunately I had to stop using the product after 10 days. Caused really foul gas, bloating and then diarrhea which kept getting worse. My "gut" feel (get it?) is that the Clostridium species that are increasing butyrate output are not agreeing with me. Wish I could just take the remaining akkermansia bacteria by themselves, they seem to be the main driver for the benefits.

This probiotic does what it says it will do. My A1c results are consistently lower by using this product. Thanks

I was recommended these because I wasn’t able to digest fiber anymore after several rounds of antibiotics. These have really really improved my ability to eat fruits, vegetables, and other fibers without pain. Added benefit: the blood sugar control. I don’t crave sweets like I used to and my mood is level.

I’ve been struggling with hyperinsulemia, obesity, headaches, PCOS, and constant hunger for years. As a professor of nursing, I’ve read several articles about A.Municinphilia and searched for a probiotic that included the strain. I ordered glucose control, received it a few weeks later. After a few days of taking it, I felt energized like my body was working properly again, my chronic headache gone, lots of energy, no change in appetite but craving for sugar is gone, the negatives are some gas but nothing out of control and strangely bad dreams. I can’t wait to see my blood work in a couple of months, number speak the truth! Wish it was more economic to recommend to patients.

These did appear to work but i cant afford them on a consistent basis. It also tool two month to deliver. I now opt for another brand from amazon that foes the same thing. If this was even down to $50 a bottle, I would continue to buy pendelum.

I lost 19 pounds and my fasting glucose went from 92/ 78. My A1C went from 5.5 to 5.1. It is also really great for gut health. I recommend it to everyone. I do hope it becomes more affordable as so many could really benefit.

The level of detail, use of expensive ingredients, and processes for creating Pendulum are world-class. Many top longevity experts and others have said for years that your gut health is the foundation of your entire body and brain's health. And the strength of your immune system is related to gut health. No more worrying about spikes for me after meals; those transient glucose spikes can cause inflammation and other serious long-term issues, and most people don't even realize that fact. Pendulum should not be lumped into the category of "probiotics" as it is in a league of its own. The cost is an investment in my health, and if you don't have your health, what else matters?

I've been monitoring my blood sugars closely and was seeing big spikes around meals. I've been taking Pendulum for a couple weeks, and along with diet and exercise, I've been able to keep my blood sugars in the zone constantly! My glucose meter constantly reads between 90-120, even after meals. Great experience so far!
