Everything was as it should be

Box came in missing one of the handle pins. I emailed and requested a pin for it but never heard anything back from the company. Tried to call but could not get anyone to pick up the phone.

Great case, solved all of my traveling problems.

Shipment was severely delayed, but was not communicated. I had to reach our after 10 days of complete silence to find out this information and after another few days of delays, i had to cancel my order. I don't fault you for supply chain issues, but got pretty annoyed by the lack of communication about this. Wound up wasting both time and money because of it. Refund was processed quickly though and i appreciate that.
