It removes all mascara efficiency, I apply from the pot on to closed eye lid, massage gently then wipe away with a damp cloth. This is my 2nd purchase, best mascara remover. The first pot was a lot bigger than this one, same price, can’t remember how much was in the first, but lasts a long time and I love it.

Excellent product - just annoyed updated one advertised just two days after purchase - would have been happy for delay to have had option of updated peep wand.

Nicely packaged and happy with product. No problems with delivery. I’m still not sure if it will cure my dry eyes yet though.

The eye wand is an absolute dream. I use every a. m & p. m where I would have used the Blepha Eye bag. The wand is soothing and obviously portable. The eye bag was good but depended on a microwave to heat up.

I’ve had Blepharitis since 2017 which I didn’t address for over a year, as a knock on effect I now have dry eye/meibomian gland dysfunction for which I’ve seen a specialist eye doctor. Obviously, eye hygiene and hot compress on one of the most important things. I have tried a last number of products from microwavable eye masks, steam mask and electrically heated masks. All of which actually take 15 to 20 minutes to really get the oil up to temperature prior to massage. To add to my woes I’ve had two eye infections which have caused extreme redness and subsequent trips to the eye doctor after testing test the results came back as adenovirus which is highly contagious and my doctor advised me not to use the microwave and electric eye mask (the latter had been my first choice for hot compress as it’s most convenient and maintains a consistent temp) as these need to be washed at high temp to kill off the virus (the electric mask I have can’t actually be washed) so looking for an alternative hot compress led me to find Peep Club and the Heated eye wand Pro. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this product has been a game changer for me, it’s quick and easy to use (about half the time of a warm eye mask). I’ve had really great results and my eyelids are a much better colour and I have a lot less inflammation. Plus it’s can be cleaned and sterilised to lower the risk of infection (which I seem to be prone to). This is a five star product.
