Have use 5 of the cushioned strips and 2 of the Quick Tape strips over the last 3 weeks. Both seem to help my walking and some pain relief. I have developed some achilles/heal issues and hope they are not a result of using the strips. Will consult with my dr and continue to use the remainder of the strips. Generally positive, especially on the initial utilization. Will continue to monitor, but Achilles is of concern.
