I used an expert voice link and unlike other companies this offer worked flawlessly. Website is great and information/guidance is wonderful. I do think the fits bias towards “skinny” vs. “muscular athletic” but that’s cycling. Shipping was quick and communication was great. The quality of pearl Izumi products is very competitive with top brands.

Two thirds of my order was great, one item defective and trying to get a replacement. E-mailed PI at their info@ e-mail address and after a week, nothing but crickets. . . . time to call to get this resolved.
