Pearl Izumi was moving the USA warehouse when I ordered these so I knew it would be a while. I got a lower than full price deal that they were running so I had to grab. After waiting two weeks, I called and emailed to check on how the move was going and that I was really looking forward to seeing them soon. My shipment was elevated to next day and when I got notice of tracking # they were delivered next day as promised. Az to NH! Stoked for them! Super nice and amazing quality!

They finally arrived! I've been wearing the same bike shoes for YEARS. A new pair was long overdue. So, Peal Izumi it is! These shoes fit great! I love the ease of turning a knob to tighten my fit. So far, so good.

Horrible customer service.

I was disappointed in that I when I order my shorts I did not realize that they had used the wrong address. I contacted the office immediately by phone and email. Got response back that the mailing address had been corrected - got email stating so but the merchandize went to the wrong address anyway!

It took a month to receive my order. Customer service at Pearlzumi was no help in finding out why my package was stuck at the Fedex distributor center for weeks and then in transit for weeks.
