I bought an HDMI x USB C cable to connect my Macbook Air to my AVR. I have a Moog 9 in 1 port hub that works perfectly, but I wanted a more direct connection so I bought this cable. The transport to my house was over 50% of the item price. I got the cable and guess what? IT DOES NOT WORK! I have sent emails to the company, unanswered, tried to phone, un answered. Then I read the refund policy! First YOU have to pay to get the product back to them! Then they MAY offer you a store credit valid for 30 days, BUT NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED! Chinese style of business. This company HAS NO ETHICS!
