A lot of these "dots" don't really do anything, but I did see good results from the Peace Out ones

such masks are not for me, I can't sleep in them. As a mask for a couple of hours, it's fine, but not for the whole night. Because it just slides off or I won't sleep the whole night because I'll be adjusting it. But otherwise it's not a bad mask.
