There appeared to be a delay with the delivery. Tracking showed my racket was held at the distribution centre for a number of days, possibly over a week. It eventually started moving after I enquired about the delivery time. Soon after I received a request to pay the duty which I completed straight away. Soon after my racket was eventually delivered. Earlier during the delivery process I received an email relating to duty tax advising I am required to cover this cost but was not directed to any where I could pay. However I received an email regarding duty payment after I queried delivery times. I accept I may have missed an earlier request regarding duty payment but am happy I have finally received my racket. I will endeavour to be more aware on my next purchase with PDHSports. Thanks again.
