Delivery was smooth and fast. I love it
I’m incredibly frustrated with this entire experience. The website was full of bugs and displayed the wrong price for the keyboard I bought. After paying, I was told the price had changed and was forced to add an extra ₦13,400. Then, instead of using a proper delivery service, they sent the item via public transport. The driver claimed he’d call when he arrived in Ibadan, but over 24 hours later, I had to reach out myself—only to be told he left it with someone at the park. That person never showed up, and to this moment, I still haven’t received my item. Completely unacceptable.
Service was mid, customer service only reply when you want to buy, but if its a complain, they take the whole day to reply you

Transaction speed can be improved when Customers come to your office physically. Rather than asking a customer to continue chatting with Customer Support on WhatsApp even while in the office.
The Logitech strong 10m usb cable was supplied without carton,and it hasn't gone well between me and my client since then. Though I complained and complained nobody answered me.
