I originally didn’t realise that the voucher was for online use only, I bought this as a gift. When I emailed the team asking whether they would be able to exchange the gift card to be used in person, they were brilliant they emailed me back quickly, were able to solve my problem and even put the vouchers in the mail that same day so they would arrive in time. They were brilliant
