The metal pipe cleaner is basically single use; becomes smooth/hard after you clean a pax with it.

I was disappointed because two
I was disappointed because two out of three Pax Plus devices I have bought have uneven mouthpieces because they do not sit flush as they have a manufacturers defect that makes the part where you insert the mouthpiece uneven. Not happy with the inconsistency and small defects on a premium and expensive product. I still believe this is the best product on the vaping market. I got a warranty replacement for this defect and was again left disappointed as they could not replace my device in the same color (sage green) despite it being available on the website. I was disappointed again when they said they shipped a "complete kit" to me as a replacement, which made me believe that it would include the cleaning tools, tamping tool, oven insert for concentrate, screens, and half pack lid, but it was just the device with the charger. This language both in my orders on the website and on the receipt are misleading because it seems like a "complete kit" should include everything. I was disappointed with the water pipe attachment too as it simply does not work, and given the airflow of the pax the device itself is just incompatible with water pipes and can cause a lung injury from drawing so hard.
