I think this concept is genius! I found myself constantly buying new puzzles for our puppy, and this product finally helped me stop. Now I can create so many different puzzlers to keep my pup occupied and mentally engaged. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually took my dog some time to work through the harder puzzles! We like to mix easy and challenging setups to keep him interested — it’s been such a fun bonding activity. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the pieces were a little easier to switch around — maybe a strong magnet or something to make rearranging smoother. It can be tough to pull pieces out to change things up. I totally get that they need to stay secure for the pups, though, so it’s a small tradeoff for such a great product. Wonderful moments watching our puppy have hours of fun

As a huge fan of Pawzler products, I unfortunately have to write my first negative comment (Cube x Piper) , from the perspective of an owner of a wonderful large dog. Unfortunately, this particular type of block has an opening that is too small, making it very difficult for my dog to access the contents, even after removing the blue blocking elements. We have all the other elements in the series, and none of them cause any issues – everything works perfectly. It seems I’ll have to pass these blocks on to the owner of a smaller dog, who will surely enjoy them more. :)

Always great! Website is good. Ordering is easy. And while the packages has a way to go still at home fast. I've had had contact with customer service at one point about an order and that was solved nicely as well. Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see what you come up with next. I didn’t get any notification that it shipped. I stalked the website and my order went from pending to completed in a few days but i had no way of tracking it. It just showed up one day. The website had said 3 to 7 days and it arrived within that. I just didn’t get any tracking info.
