I will say, I was skeptical about ordering anything else from paw. com after my last purchase in 2020/2021 and the CS was horrible. I called, emailed, tried chatting and using IG 37 times over the course of 2 months to get ahold of someone because my bed was still flat as a pancake and one of the blankets I ordered came with torn edges/falling apart. It was a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone and getting these replaced. I never did get the blanket replaced. Just the bed. So, after THAT, I was reeeeeeally hesitant. Glad I did it so far. One of the original beds I got, same thing happened. 48 hours of flat on the floor and still flat as a pancake (it still is actually, I left it in the bedroom with the door closed and it has not fluffed. It is getting trashed this week). Anyway, I reached out and Ash got in touch with me almost immediately, to my extreme surprise. Ash got me squared away very quickly and the replacement came within 5 business days and it is just fine! It is currently "in service!" lol. So, I am glad to see that you all got it together and have GREATLY improved your CS, because I was madder than a hornet a few years ago and same when I got the flat bed that didn't fluff a couple weeks ago. . . . just thinking about what I may have to go through got my blood boiling. SOOOOOO happy it was the exact opposite and the way CS SHOULD be. Thank you!!! =) I am pleased with the XL blankets I bought and all the beds are good. Hopefully you get replacement covers back in stock because I know I will need those at some point! =) Thanks paw. com

Absolutely love this bed - and our 4 pups give it 10 stars!! It’s great for snuggling them in it but also frees up some space in our bed at night as usually 1 of them will sleep in it at night now. Highly recommend!
