Truly 3-in-1, moisturizing, protective and surprisingly a great primer! The initial stickiness upon application goes away once it dries. Makeup goes on so well over it. Not only does it not leave a white cast or a waxy film, it actually evens out my skin tone and it's allowed me to maintain my skin glow and smooth texture amongst big-city-pollution. I almost wish there was a tinted version of it, but it's hard to find a tinted moisturizer that doesn't dry out the skin. I'd give up makeup for a tinted version of this since I since in front of a computer all day. It hasn't fade my spots but my pigmentation may be due to a combination of factors. My hope is that this keeps it at bay. I enjoy the innovative ingredients that are healthier and safer especially as I am trying to get pregnant. I combined this with the nighttime BSR, which I was skeptical about at first. The BSR truly firms the skin and has diminished my fine lines with consistent usage, surprisingly around the eyes too compared to Shiseido's benefiance eye cream. It doesn't work as quickly as Shiseido's facial firming cream, but I prefer BSR for now due to the lack of alcohol as an ingredient. Also, Shiseido's facial cream firms sagging skin and the neckline, but did not diminish fine lines like BSR does.

As someone who has struggled with acne her entire life, I could never find a sunscreen that didn't leave a cast over my spots or cause my skin to break out. This sunscreen makes my skin look better, leaves no cast, has a subtle dewy finish that refines my complexion, and doesn't have that unpleasant feeling that makes me worry about new breakouts.
