I exchanged a hoodie for an alternative colour, which was delivered within a few days. The return process is straightforward. I now have several Paul James garments. They are all so easy to wear and look understated and smart. I am 77 and my 20 year old granddaughter has occasionally borrowed one … which is a compliment!
