Had to return the black shoes as they didn't fit, return process was easy although no information on whether they have been received and when new patient will arrive since sent 2 weeks ago. This could be to do with Assist Post though.

After injuring my foot, this soft lightweight boot was the only closed shoe I could comfortably wear. And I love it's understated look, can be worn with just about anything. Delivery and communication with PC very streamlined.

Called PC for advice re sizing and the young lady was very courteous but not much help, which I expected. It’s hard with shoe sizing because it’s very inconsistent across brands. Shoe was great quality but unsuitable. Returns process is seamless and straightforward.
