One kit was delivered to each person in different states and an email was sent explaining the process. The samples were put in the prepaid envelope and mailed in. We got the DNA test results within a week - from mailing it in, the facility receiving it (and emailing us a confirmation), and emailing us the results. Happy with the turnaround time!
