The sardines are great by themselves, I thought. Who needs added beans, etc. ? But I tried these and beans, lemon, garlic and leeks turn a meal into a banquet. Especially good on top of flatbread spread with hummus.

Need to get these in stores! I also like the NA beer but shipping cost is a huge deterrent. The bison sticks are a great tasting low calorie snack. Would like more protein!
