I didn't notice when I unpacked my delivery that I was missing a couple items. Pasturebird did, and sent a second delivery the next day!

My drumsticks were delicious. I got quite a few packages because that was the only option. There were no longer any more whole chickens available when I ordered. Also, out of the 10 packages of 5 drumsticks, 3 Packages only had four drumsticks each. They all seemed to be the same size so I’m not sure what that was about.

Communication with them was also perfect. Thanks Pasture Bird!!!

From date of order placement to date shipped was faster than expected and packaging was very good to keep meat frozen during shipping, utilizing dry ice.

Chicken tastes delicious. I have a subscription and the delivery system works well. Last month, I did receive the wrong order (first time that has happened since I started buying from Pasturebird 2-3 years ago). Their communication is great and they fixed the problem immediately. Great customer service.
