Really great service

The wrong set was sent. I advised PFF immediately and was told it was too late to send what I ordered. Mistakes happen but the biggest issue I have is I have been refused a refund. I was offered a $30 credit when I paid $180 for the hire. I’m still following up on this. I’m very disappointed with how this has been dealt with so far.

Better than their competitors because of amazing quick service, array of dresses that are pristine quality (I’ve had a bad experience with a competitor where the dress was in pretty poor shape). I can’t recommend PFF highly enough.

The dress was perfect! Loved it! The dress had a few previous stitchings out of place before I hired it (just to let you know) However when I went to use the return label there wasn’t one sent with the dress, as a result of this I had to pay for postage myself.

Unfortunately, this was on me but the bodice didn’t end up fitting on me 😭. But I really appreciate Passion for Fashion for assisting me on hiring the full set, especially when I ordered the wrong item (just the bodice) and they notified me if I wanted the whole set. It was such an easy experience and I’ll definitely be back again to hire, albeit more careful with measurement.

I had a great experience with PFF. Your site was easy to use and you had great customer service. The dress I hired however had a lot of holes and damage which wasn’t mentioned in the description. I wouldn’t have hired it for $200 (shipping included) if I knew there was that much damage
