Life changing. I was worried because I have really high arches and very sensitive (and wide) toes - but these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought! Also, my first order there were a few problems, the wide shoe was sold out & some missing heel kits. Customer service worked out a replacement and shipped the missing items. I've already ordered more and every other order has been perfect. I may never wear other shoes again
I purchased my first pair of passion heels, and I really liked the style of the Gia. I got a spring bundle in a size 9. 5, which is what I normally wear. They were delivered pretty quickly but the straps on the front of my foot were REALLY tight, like painfully tight. I exchanged them for a size 10, which was also delivered quickly. The length is great, but the straps are still slightly tight. I’m optimistic that they will stretch with wear since they are real leather. The only other issue I have is that the strap on the back of my ankle keeps slipping off. There aren’t enough holes to tighten them enough to stay on, so I will be adding more. And even when I figured out how to tighten them temporarily, the inside part of the back strap still slips down because it’s too low/close to my ankle to keep the shoe in place. When I walk my heel starts to slip off the shoe on the inside, which is quite annoying and I have to adjust the strap so it stays higher on my ankle. I going to keep them because they were expensive and they’ve been worn but it would be nice for future styles to take that into consideration with the design. Straps on the ankle should keep the foot from sliding off the shoe. I also ordered the Sunset colored Gia because I loved it, so I will just deal with the annoyance. I am planning to order a different style in the future though. I have wider feet so I’m hopeful the next style I pick is more accommodating for that as well.
I recently bought the Sandal with the 4"stiletto. I took my regular size (7,5), and it is the right size. Unfortunately, I have pretty narrow feet, so the strap on the toes is a tiny bit too loose, and I will soon need to add a hole for the ankle strap, but they are still wearable and very comfortable. It does make them a little bit unstable, especially with the stiletto, but it is expected with an open high heel shoe. I haven't gotten the chance to try them out yet, but I did wear them flat in the house pretty often. When the weight of the body is evenly distributed on the shoe, the toes don't really stick out. But if there isn't enough weight, they do a little bit, which is not really noticeable unless you look closely. Also, because of the arch of the high heel, the flat version has a pretty strong arch support, which I absolutely love, but it might not be comfortable for everyone. I have no idea if that will disappear once the shoe is fully broken in. Can't wait to actually wear them out to an event and show everyone how cool my shoes are.
I purchased two pairs of shoes from Pashion Footwear. One pair has worked perfectly, and I have had no issues with them. Unfortunately, the second pair has been a completely different experience. I also purchased multiple interchangeable heels for that pair, but after only wearing them a handful of times, I have experienced repeated issues at events where the heel would not stay secure. It has been incredibly embarrassing and disappointing, especially given the cost of these shoes. After taking a closer look, it became clear that the problem is with the mechanism itself, not normal wear and tear. When I reached out to customer support, I was very disappointed in their response. They did not stand behind their product and instead only offered a 30% discount on a future purchase. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer service. This response felt dismissive and inadequate. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating.
I have a single heeled shoe and a single flat shoe on at my desk because everyone in the office is being sent my way for a show n tell of the Pashion brand!! Before me like a display is the other heel, stelo and flat cap. . . . yes I DID forget my shoes were like this getting up to go to the printer, but I did not fall!
I purchased two pairs of Pashion shoes and three heel kits (1. 5” block, 4” block, and 4” stiletto) in October. When they arrived, I loved them—the shoes look great and the conversion mechanism works well. I wore them about 1–2 times per week for normal daily activities and initially found them reasonably comfortable. However, within three months the heel caps on both block heel kits started falling off. I tried supergluing them back onto the hollow heels, but they kept coming off while I was walking. After six months, two of the caps are now completely lost because they fell off while I was out. This was really disappointing, especially since it happened with both heel kits I used regularly. The design simply doesn’t hold up to normal wear and tear. Considering shipping to Australia alone cost $57 AUD, I expected much better durability. The one thing I can’t fault is Pashion’s customer service. The team was lovely and tried to help when I reached out. However, the only option offered was a voucher that covered the heel kit but not shipping, which made replacement impractical given there was enough indication, based on the same issue occurring with multiple kits, that ongoing replacements would be required anyways. I hope Pashion considers redesigning the heel caps so they don’t fall off so easily. If that issue were fixed, I would absolutely consider buying from them again.
I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s return and exchange system and want to warn other customers. I was attempting to complete an exchange for an order that had already been discussed over multiple emails with the Pashion team due to product design issues. While using the return portal, the system required me to complete a new checkout at full price, without applying the exchange credit, in order to proceed. Only after my card was charged in full did the return portal finally load in the original tab and show the exchange credit—prompting yet another checkout process. At that point, I realized I had been charged for a second, duplicate order. This process felt deceptive and unfair, especially for something as routine as an exchange. To make matters worse, there is no clear customer service phone number, making it unnecessarily difficult to resolve a billing issue that should never have happened in the first place.
Pashion Footwear provide the service you wish for. Respond quickly to queries, the packaging is great and being in a Regional Australian area orders arrive really quickly (within 7-8 business days). Can't speak more highly of a company or product. :)
I'm only rating 5-stars so poor Pashion doesn't get bombarded with negative reviews while they fight the good fight
Hope it can be non-slippery especially it’s always rainy where I live, thanks!
Always amazing. Considering I'm shipping from America to the UK too, it's always so much quicker than expected

Great service and super smooth exchange!! I ordered these in a 7. 5 and was able to easily exchange for an 8. Loved that I didn’t need to return my whole order and it was easy to keep the separate heel kits I purchased with the 7. 5 in my original order.
No issues
I love Pashion! Always a great experience and great quality shoes.
love these shoes. So versatile. Easy to change heel kits. So comfortable in both flat and heel mode. This is my first purchase and I will be purchasing again.
5 start service, super easy to navigate the website and visualise the customisations, really quick deliver especially ordering to the UK! Beautiful packaging so it’s always lovely to open!
I love the shoes and style, I wish they had more leather colors like red, dusty pink, green, purple, denim, blue, light grey and dark grey.
An amazing experience!
I really enjoyed the shopping experience especially the function where we can see the different heel kits with the uppers. My only issue was the sizing chart- the UK and the european sizes do not match up. I ended up measuring my foot and ordering using that as the guide rather than going by the UK or european sizes. Even with that I ended up with one pair as 9. 5 which was a bit too big (but manageable) and another at 9, which was perfect. So some work with the sizing would be appreciated. I am very happy with both my uppers and the 5 pairs of heel kits I have recently bought. The shoes are very comfortable due to the padding and I find that I am able to wear the higher heel than I would normally wear to work because of the padding and comfort of the shoes.
