Very satisfied. I only needed the solenoid out of the kit as I was repairing my existing lock. Had concern at first that the replacement solenoid was not physically the same. However, the replacement installed easily and appears to be more robust than the original. I expect this one will hold up better. Thanks

I received my product damaged. The box looked as though it was damaged even before shipping. There was little to no padding on the inside. The trailer hitch broke through the box in multiple areas and was scraped along one part where it stuck out of the box.

Purchase transaction and delivery was great, had the part in 2 days. Installation was a breeze, got it done in about a half hour, but then I have a large collection of mechanics tools in a large roll away toolbox. The only issue would have been that there was no instructions, however I found a great you tube video and got it done. The step works perfectly and seems robust, perfect addition to get in and out of the truck bed with or without the tailgate up/down,no stepping on the painted bumper end.
